In 2023, at the age of 50, I was diagnosed as Autistic with ADHD. It made a lot of sense - a lifetime of social anxiety and a certain amount of overwhelm. As a professional with a passion for planning, project development and business growth, one of the most overwhelming aspects of my career has often been the lack of structure and interconnectedness within organisations - particularly in the realm of complex infrastructure project management. Having spent 25 years leading developments in renewable energy and infrastructure and implementing the necessary processes and systems on a client by client or project by project basis, my diagnosis has finally allowed me to embrace my love of and passion for systems and processes and bring these to the development industry for everyone’s benefit! And so, OneDevFlow was born!
